Top SchoolMorisson Maciel is a seasoned software architect and AI systems engineer with over 10 years of experience designing and modernizing large-scale systems across finance, media and utilities. He combines deep backend and architecture expertise (.NET, Node.js, AWS, SQL) with hands-on mobile and iOS engineering (SwiftUI) and a recent focus on agentic AI platforms, RAG pipelines and local model customization. Known for leading technical teams and driving ALM, CI/CD and inner-source practices, he has delivered end-to-end solutions for clients like Itaú, TV Globo and BTG Pactual. Morisson pairs pragmatic engineering with applied AI consulting—building WhatsApp chatbots, orchestration flows and mini-agents—while experimenting with local-first privacy-preserving apps and Apple Foundation Models. Based in São Paulo, he is committed to open technologies as tools for social and commercial improvement and brings a rare mix of enterprise modernization experience and bleeding-edge agent engineering.
