Senior🎓
Top SchoolMorten Egan is a seasoned data specialist and technical lead with over two decades of deep experience in database internals and enterprise banking transformations, now focused on core banking data migrations at Standard Chartered in Singapore. He blends hands-on Oracle kernel and PL/SQL expertise with architectural leadership across CBDC prototyping, high-availability platform tuning, and large-scale digital wealth transformations. Known for solving performance and scalability challenges without simply adding hardware, he has led resilience initiatives and end-to-end migrations that keep critical banking services "always-on." Comfortable moving between low-level database internals and strategic program delivery, he also brings a background in teaching and community leadership from his time with Oracle University and the Danish Oracle User Group.
