Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMorten Johansen is a senior software advisor based in Oslo with 12+ years building infrastructure, platform and product features across NAV and FINN.no. He currently develops on the NAIS platform, bringing deep hands-on experience from FIAAS infrastructure, mapping services and travel meta-search systems at FINN where he bridged backend, ops and product needs. His early work in game localization gave him a practical appreciation for internationalization, character-set edge cases and tooling that still informs how he designs resilient systems. Comfortable across frontend, backend and infra, he combines pragmatic engineering with a focus on operational reliability and cross-team collaboration. Outside work he balances life as a developer, husband and father of two, which reflects a down-to-earth approach to long-term project stewardship.
