Top SchoolMorten Noddeland is a design-minded software leader and co-founder serving as Chief Product Officer at Konfidens, with 13 years of experience blending engineering and product design to create polished, conversion-focused user experiences. He built Otovo’s Rainbow design system to unify UX and developer DX, helping scale the company across eight markets and vastly increase consistency. At Konfidens he now applies that same discipline to clinic management software that psychologists actually want to use, driving high customer satisfaction through attention to polish and cross-discipline collaboration. Trained with a Master’s in Computer Science from NTNU, he pairs hands-on implementation skills with team management experience from coordinating help desks to leading product teams. He’s also known to break the ice with puns, a small indicator of the personable leadership style that helps bridge designers and developers.
