Senior🎓
Top SchoolMorten Vistisen is a founder and principal software engineer with nine years of experience turning product ideas into cloud-native, revenue-driving applications across legal tech, media, pharma and green tech. Originally trained in finance, he pivoted into engineering and now builds performant systems in Go, Ruby on Rails and TypeScript while operating infrastructure on AWS and GCP—from serverless apps that stayed sub-100ms under Super Bowl-like load to simple VPS deployments. He helps startups rapidly find product-market fit by keeping architectures deliberately simple, scaling teams and pipelines only where metrics justify it. Comfortable shipping end-to-end (backend, frontend, infra), he’s equally at home introducing Go and automated code generation to data science teams or moving complex estates to IaC with Pulumi. Based in Barcelona, he combines product-minded engineering with hands-on delivery as mbv labs and DeployCrate founder, making pivots fast and predictable.
