Top SchoolMorteza Shahriarinia is an AI/ML engineering leader and founder with 13 years of experience building production-grade NLP, knowledge graph, and GenAI systems for product and enterprise use. He has led teams from startup to exit—co-founding Pluralytics (acquired by Aletheia) where he patented a values-based language intelligence approach—and later scaled Knowledge Platform engineering at Dataminr to support billions of entities and multiple product integrations. Known for turning research into reliable production services, he has driven rapid adoption, shortened integration cycles from months to days, and grown high-retention engineering teams through crisis stabilization. His background spans major platforms including Spotify and Twitter, where he shipped podcast discovery, entity linking, and content intelligence features at scale. Based in Boston, he blends technical depth from a Ph.D.-level engineering background with operator instincts as an investor and member of a post-exit founders club, focusing on deliberate capital allocation and next-chapter strategy. Colleagues describe him as a builder who marries academic rigor with product pragmatism to create customer-facing AI platforms.
