Top SchoolMoses Liao is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Singapore with 11 years of experience building resilient, secure, and automated cloud-native systems across finance, media, and enterprise IT. He has led SRE teams at JPMorgan Chase, orchestrating Kubernetes clusters serving 15M+ daily AI/ML inferences and implementing SLO-driven observability that cut MTTR by 30%, and now continues that work at Oracle. His background spans air-gapped enterprise DevOps, zero-trust pipelines, and large-scale AWS migrations—delivering measurable gains like 99.99% uptime strategies and markedly faster CI/CD cycles. Moses combines hands-on infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) with pragmatic security controls (Keycloak RBAC, DevSecOps tooling) and regular chaos engineering to harden systems. He’s pursuing a DBA focused on Generative AI, signaling a growing interest in productionizing AI/ML at scale while still enjoying CakePHP and competitive swimming outside work. Colleagues rely on him to turn complex reliability goals into repeatable, auditable engineering practices.
