Top SchoolMoshe Immerman is a product-focused engineering leader and founder with over a decade of hands-on experience building platforms, teams, and resilient cloud-native operations. As CTO and co-founder of Flanksource he helps organizations mature platform engineering and internal developer platforms, translating DevOps and GitOps principles into repeatable operational practices. He combines technical depth in Kubernetes, Golang, observability and cluster lifecycle tooling with a people-first approach—his MBA thesis investigated psychological safety and he uses those principles to build high-performing teams. A long-time contributor to CNCF working groups, Moshe has driven cluster lifecycle and image-builder efforts and helped shape early Cluster API designs for on-prem deployments. His background includes establishing the first SRE function and Kubernetes platform at Discovery and introducing enterprise DevOps at Egis, reflecting a track record of moving organizations from ad hoc operations to scalable, production-ready platforms. Based in Tel Aviv, he uniquely blends strategic leadership with day-to-day engineering craft and an emphasis on organizational change.
