Top SchoolMourad Ghissassi is a Senior Data Engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable data platforms and pipelines across retail, utilities, finance and public sector projects. Trained in software engineering and statistics, he blends strong ETL, data modeling and cloud expertise (notably GCP/BigQuery, Terraform, Kestra) to design robust data warehouses and automated workflows. His work ranges from customer profiling datamarts at ADEO/Leroy Merlin to integrating telematics and external geospatial data for predictive models, showing comfort with both operational data engineering and analytics enablement. Mourad is equally practiced in traditional BI stacks and modern cloud-native tooling, and he frequently bridges technical and business teams to turn complex requirements into production-ready solutions. As a consultant and freelancer he has repeatedly automated heterogeneous ingestion sources (SFTP, SAP connectors, APIs) and emphasized maintainability and observability in deployments. Based in Saudi Arabia, he pairs a hands-on engineering approach with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end data products.
