Top SchoolMoussa Kayad is a Senior Software Engineer based in London with over a decade of experience building enterprise web and RIA applications, particularly using Java, Flex, and relational databases like Oracle and MS-SQL. He has led backend design and implementation for customer-facing and financial systems, applying Spring, Hibernate, BlazeDS and message-driven integrations in high-throughput environments. Comfortable across the stack, Moussa has a strong focus on database architecture and migrations, often collaborating closely with DB vendors and writing complex PL/SQL and T-SQL. His background includes multithreaded reconciliation systems and market-data pipelines for trading firms, plus hands-on work on intranet and reporting platforms at scale. Known for pragmatic technical choices, he blends legacy modernization experience (Flex-to-Java ecosystems) with functional touches like Scala/Akka and Play framework. A French-trained computer scientist, he brings steady delivery, deep data-layer expertise, and a taste for migration challenges that reduce long-term operational risk.
