Senior🎓
Top SchoolMr Cheng is a seasoned internet tech recruiting manager based in Shanghai with over a decade connecting top-tier engineering, product and data leaders to high-impact roles across China, the US and SE Asia. A Tsinghua computer science alumnus, he blends technical fluency—evidenced by hands-on backend contributions to a SpringCloud e-commerce project—with deep recruitment expertise for roles from senior Java/algorithm architects to data science and product VPs. He specializes in placing senior hires at high-growth internet and finance companies, often for roles carrying substantial cash and equity packages (100w–800w RMB). Pragmatic and execution-focused, he moves quickly to match niche technical skill sets (search, ads, ML, big data) with strategic hiring needs. Known for responsiveness and wide enterprise networks, he prefers WeChat/email for rapid candidate sharing and hiring coordination. His profile reflects an uncommon mix of practical engineering experience and senior-level talent sourcing capability.
