Senior🎓
Top SchoolMubashir Hassan is a Full Stack Developer and technical lead with 8 years of experience building scalable web applications and leading small engineering teams from Lahore, Pakistan. He combines hands-on expertise across the MERN stack and TypeScript ecosystems—React, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js—with production experience in Redis, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Docker and Firebase. Mubashir has designed and optimized backend architectures, integrated subscription and payment workflows (Chargebee/Stripe), and delivered APIs and real-time features that serve thousands of users. As a Tech Lead he mentored engineers, ran code reviews, and translated product requirements into performant server-side solutions. He moves fluidly between frontend UX concerns and database/query optimization, which makes him particularly effective at end-to-end performance tuning. Outside of day-to-day delivery he’s maintained a steady freelance track record and hands-on leadership roles that reflect both breadth and practical system-building instincts.
