Top SchoolMudar Noufal is a Senior Android Developer based in Montreal with 13 years of experience building mobile apps and web-backed systems, often as a long-term freelancer and recurring contributor to Radio-Canada projects. He has repeatedly led Android efforts for media-focused products—ICI Radio‑Canada Première, Radio‑Canada Info, OHdio, Tou.tv/Gem—bringing deep domain knowledge of streaming, editorial and audio experiences. Comfortable as both lead and hands‑on engineer, he moves between architecture, native UI, and backend integration, with a background in PHP/MySQL and systems administration that helps him bridge platform gaps. His career shows a pattern of short, impact-driven engagements for broadcasters and media startups as well as multi-year freelance practice, indicating strong independent delivery skills. Fluent in English/French contexts (McGill translation studies) and rooted in applied computer science from UQAM, he blends technical rigor with communication strengths useful in cross-functional teams. Notably, his repeated returns to Radio‑Canada signal a trusted partner role for complex, production Android apps in the public media space.
