Top SchoolMuhammad R is a backend-focused software engineer with nine years of professional experience and four years building scalable web applications, currently based in Bandung, Indonesia. He has deep hands-on expertise with .NET (5/8), MongoDB sharding, background job systems (Hangfire), and CI/CD containerization, and has shipped a production-ready game server that supported 1,000+ concurrent players during Steam Next Fest. His work blends systems design and operational reliability—modularizing background jobs, introducing job tagging, and integrating Sentry for targeted diagnostics to improve observability and scalability. Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, he also has full-stack and frontend roots in Ruby on Rails and Phalcon, giving him a practical appreciation for end-to-end integration. Notably, he has driven cross-region data strategies and tooling that let game developers test backend integration independently, reflecting a bias for empowering teams as well as delivering features.
