Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMuhammed Al-dulaimi is a Technical Lead and senior software engineer based in Samsun, Türkiye with four years of hands-on experience building scalable, user-facing systems and developer tooling. He has led AI-driven e-learning feature development and platform scalability at Salalem, improving sprint velocity and mentoring junior engineers while owning frontend engineering and cross-team alignment. As a founder-CTO of Teachnet he validated a multi-school product with 800+ users and shipped AI-assisted quiz generation and anti-cheating controls, showing product intuition beyond pure engineering. His background includes end-to-end sync systems and recurrence logic for the open-source Compass Calendar project and performance optimizations (Celery/Redis, JMeter, Kubernetes) that tripled system capacity. Comfortable across backend, mobile, and frontend stacks, he combines fast-paced startup experience with a curiosity for emerging tech and consistent open-source contribution. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic builder who enjoys the craft—sometimes things are “good, sometimes bad,” but he always relishes the process.
