Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMujtaba M is a Quality Coach and software test engineer with 10 years’ experience building test automation, release processes, and quality practices across product teams in Europe and beyond. Currently at Ecosia, he improves automated acceptance testing with Nightwatch.js and BrowserStack while reducing flakiness and speeding up execution to support a mission-driven, high-usage product. Previously he led QA efforts at trivago and APIMatic, where he built automation frameworks from scratch, introduced CI/CD testing pipelines, and owned release management to enable more frequent, reliable deployments. Comfortable collaborating with devs, SREs and product owners, he combines hands-on scripting and debugging with coaching and process design to make quality everyone’s responsibility. Mujtaba’s background in backend/frontend test automation and willingness to “get hands dirty” mean he both architects long-term quality strategy and jumps into logs, APIs, or CI jobs when needed. Based in Düsseldorf with a Software Engineering degree from NUST, he brings a pragmatic, product-focused approach to scaling testability in fast-moving teams.
