Top SchoolMuneeb Shahid is a software engineer with 10 years of experience designing cloud-native, data-driven systems and full-stack applications, currently based in San Diego. He has led development of scalable clinical research platforms at ATRI, building data pipelines, APIs, and recruitment workflows that accelerated enrollment and cut campaign design time by 40%. His work bridges clinical operations and biostatistics—creating a continuously updated data lake and tools that let researchers run selection algorithms and trace call-center context into study data. Prior roles include DevOps automation, large-scale data archiving, and fraud-analytics pipelines, showing strong pragmatism across backend, infrastructure, and product features. Muneeb combines academic research experience from the University of Iowa with hands-on healthcare software delivery, and often implements compliance-aware engineering practices (e.g., archived build logs and SDLC automation). He’s notable for turning complex clinical requirements into configurable, reusable frameworks that speed both research and operational workflows.
