Top SchoolMurali Varma is a Senior Staff Software Engineer with 14+ years building secure, high-performance fintech platforms and unifying web ecosystems for large enterprises. At SoFi/Galileo he leads cross-functional programs—spanning PCI 4.0 compliance automation, Oracle modernization on Kubernetes/ARM, and an AI-driven developer enablement platform—that cut remediation and setup times dramatically while scaling mission-critical document and web systems. He combines full-stack fluency (React/Next.js, Python, databases, cloud infra) with operational rigor, having rebuilt legacy stacks, optimized CI/CD, and driven telemetry improvements that reduced outages and shortened delivery cycles. A mentor and engineering leader, he champions shared component libraries, developer tooling, and design discipline to boost velocity across hundreds of engineers. Notably, he translated complex regulatory requirements into automated, auditable architectures that materially improved compliance posture without slowing innovation. Based in Atlanta, he pairs a Georgia Tech CS background with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to modernizing regulated systems.
