Top SchoolMurat Meral is a versatile Software Development Engineer at AWS with 11 years of experience building cloud-native services, developer tools, and embedded robotics systems. He has shipped features across Amazon Q, AWS Cloud9 and currently works on Strands Agents, blending full-stack engineering with systems-level thinking. A serial founder and hands-on builder, he co-founded ventures focused on events and autonomous aquatic swarm sensing, demonstrating an unusual mix of product drive and hardware-savvy implementation. Trained in Computer Science and Next-Generation Robotics at TU Delft, he brings curiosity-driven experimentation—he learned physics and fusion concepts as a child—to complex problems and rarely settles for “I don’t know.” Based in Amsterdam, he combines production-grade cloud engineering with a background in telemetry, LTE communications, and ML-infused control systems.
