Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMurilo Portescheller is a senior full-stack engineer with ~9–10 years building web and cloud-native applications, currently focused on AI-native systems at Nerdy and NodeJS-driven serverless architectures. He designs and ships end-to-end solutions—APIs, front-ends with Next.js, and CI/CD pipelines—often automating the entire development lifecycle with GitHub Actions, Jenkins and AWS. His experience spans launching global e-commerce platforms and startups, operating NodeJS microservices and event-driven systems with Lambda, EventBridge, SQS/SNS and DynamoDB. Comfortable across JavaScript and Python, he also integrates AI models (GPT/Gemini) into products and tests them with Playwright/Cypress. As a freelancer and mentor he pairs pragmatic, documented workflows with rigorous testing practices, and has a habit of turning complex requirements into reproducible action plans. Based in São Paulo, he brings a bias for automation and measurable delivery that consistently reduces manual toil while accelerating time-to-production.
