Top SchoolMykhailo B is a seasoned DevOps and IT leader based in Kyiv with over a decade of hands-on experience delivering cloud-native platforms, infrastructure, and enterprise IT programs. As DevOps Manager and Operations lead he helps companies implement DevOps strategies end-to-end, overseeing deployment, automation, and post-delivery operations while directly managing client success and technical teams. His background spans product and project leadership at Jexia—shaping a serverless SaaS platform—and multiple strategic IT roles at Avon where he led EMEA rollouts, migrated infrastructure to regional datacenters, and introduced Agile and SOX-compliant controls. Comfortable bridging business and engineering, he has run hiring, budgeting, capacity planning and incident/contact responsibilities across distributed teams. He combines a master’s in Mechatronics with early development experience (PHP, PL/SQL, integrations), which gives him a practical systems-thinking edge when architecting reliable, configurable solutions. Known for turning complex requirements into repeatable, low-touch operational processes, he favours automation and pragmatic productization to reduce operational burden.
