Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMykhailo Perekopskyi is a Middle Software Engineer with six years of hands-on experience building backend systems and databases, currently contributing to Matter Labs from Dnipro, Ukraine. He has deep practical experience in scaling and state management for Ethereum L2 projects, having contributed core logic, transaction types, and DB schema changes to prominent open-source projects like zkSync and zkSync Era. His work spans backend feature implementation, bug fixes, RocksDB enumeration indices, and database constraint refactors, showing strength in both application logic and storage-layer engineering. Comfortable shipping complex changes in production crypto infrastructure, he blends pragmatic engineering with attention to data integrity and performance. An understated detail: beyond feature work he frequently tackles schema evolution and gateway preparation, a sign he’s trusted with delicate migrations in live systems.
