Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMykhailo Ziatin is a seasoned CTO and engineer with 13 years of experience building reliable, production-grade systems across embedded devices, core services, and data-driven user interfaces from Kyiv. He leads Chimplie’s CTO-as-a-service practice, helping startups and mid-size companies reshape engineering culture, launch products, and establish data-driven R&D, while founding Mavka to bring Rust-powered tooling to UAV/MAVLink ecosystems. Comfortable both hands-on and in leadership, he has deep experience scaling ML pipelines and high-load prediction services at DataRobot and creating resilient architectures for web and rich-client systems. He blends a pragmatic reverence for enduring software with curiosity about obsolescence and lifecycle dynamics, and applies ML as a practical tool rather than an end in itself. Passionate about reliability and human-facing design, he also builds novel interfaces for brain-computer interaction at Neuro.Institute, reflecting an unusual mix of systems, embedded, and human-centered experimentation.
