Top SchoolMykola Chaban is a founder and technical leader with eight years of experience building web, system engineering, iOS, and machine learning solutions from Kyiv. He leads OnSight Team, architecting scalable B2B and B2C systems while managing international projects and mentoring cross-functional teams. As Technical Lead at CoachBot.ai he has driven adoption of LLM-based conversational systems and RAG architectures, building production ML pipelines that improve customer experience and reduce costs. His background in system programming (Master’s from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics) and early career iOS work give him a rare full-stack perspective spanning low-level engineering to applied AI. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic architect who moves quickly from prototype to maintainable production, with a knack for turning predictive analytics into actionable product features. He combines entrepreneurial drive with hands-on technical leadership, frequently stepping into coding, architecture, and client-facing roles.
