Top SchoolMykola Hladchenko is a QA Automation Lead with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and maintaining robust automated and manual testing processes across web, backend and embedded systems. He has built frameworks from scratch using Selenium, SilkTest and JMeter, led CI-driven regression suites on Jenkins, and driven QA across Agile and traditional SDLCs for companies ranging from startups to enterprises. Adept in Java, C#, Ruby and scripting, he pairs deep tooling knowledge (TestRail, Jira, Confluence, Git/SVN) with strong RDBMS experience (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB) to deliver reliable releases. As an instructor and team lead he’s mentored peers to raise automation maturity and translated complex requirements into testable designs.
