Senior🎓
Top SchoolNabil Boag is a software engineering manager with 12 years of experience building high-performing, autonomous teams and shipping resilient web and API-driven systems. He combines hands-on development (Node, Angular, PHP, cloud/container tooling) with strong people leadership, hiring, coaching and career development across regulated environments including GDPR and PCI. A pragmatic evangelist for extreme programming, TDD/BDD and lean delivery, he focuses on measurable impact through experimentation, performance best practices and the right balance of synchronous/asynchronous design. Nabil has led engineering at consumer-scale companies like OVO Energy and WhatsApp, driving microservices, CI/CD and DevOps culture while staying close to system design and technical debt reduction. He’s comfortable navigating audits and compliance while keeping teams productive, and he often instantiates change by running workshops and introducing trunk-based development and pair programming.
