Top SchoolNacho García is a founding engineer and entrepreneurial technology leader with 11 years of experience building and scaling engineering teams, developer practices, and cloud-native products from Zaragoza, Spain. He blends hands-on full‑stack development (Python backends, React frontends, Azure IaC) with systems-level architecture work—recently orchestrating multi‑LLM pipelines for an AI proofreader that checks proofs, notation and cross-table consistency. As a former Lead Engineering Manager and Patterns & Practices Architect, he has defined roles, career paths, training academies, and technical debt processes while driving adoption of testing, DevSecOps, and event-driven architectures. Comfortable oscillating between coding, hiring, and product experiments, he uses A/B testing and user feedback to tune model-driven features for academic users. An avid mentor and martial artist, he brings disciplined, iterative engineering values (XP, TDD, SOLID) to fast-moving startups and large enterprises alike.
