Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolNadia Fdez is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years designing backend agents, observability pipelines, and systems-level tooling for cloud-native environments. A Kubernetes maximalist and container enthusiast, she specializes in building resilient, self-hosted infrastructure and production-grade observability at companies like Grafana Labs and New Relic. Her background spans embedded systems and research in supercomputing and critical-infrastructure security, giving her a rare combination of low-level systems insight and large-scale distributed systems experience. She moves comfortably between staff-level technical leadership and hands-on systems programming, shipping agents and backends that prioritize reliability and telemetry. Based in Spain, Nadia brings a pragmatic obsession for self-hosting and operational excellence that informs both design and implementation choices.
