Senior🎓
Top SchoolNádio Dib is a founder-led technology executive with nine years of hands-on experience building and scaling online game platforms and cloud-native backend systems from Brazil. As CEO and Founder of LoESoft Games he blends creative vision with deep engineering expertise—authoring server optimizations, anti-cheat defenses and a proprietary PSTk.Core optimization library used to improve MMO performance across datacenters. His background spans DevOps, data engineering and cybersecurity in enterprise environments (Banco do Brasil, Santander, Ibama and government projects), where he automated CI/CD, managed Kubernetes clusters, and applied data‑mining tools for operational insight. Comfortable moving between C#, .NET, Python and legacy Flash/Flex migrations, he consistently drives cross-disciplinary teams to ship resilient, scalable systems. An uncommon strength is his track record of translating research collaborations (Imperial College, Universidade de Brasília) into practical production improvements for games and public-sector software.
