Senior🎓
Top SchoolNael Alolwani is a PayOps IT Manager with 9 years of experience building resilient payment and platform systems, specializing in asynchronous Perl microservices, CI/CD automation, and payments orchestration. He has led distributed teams across three time zones to deliver rule engines, anti-fraud microservices, automated withdrawals, and a versioned deployment pipeline maintained as CloudFormation. Equally comfortable in infrastructure and application layers, he combines Docker, AWS, Redis and observability tools with hands-on coding in Perl, Python, PHP and JavaScript to drive end-to-end solutions. Nael’s background in financial feed systems and platform architecture gives him a strong bias for reliable, low-latency services and pragmatic migration from monoliths to distributed systems. He emphasizes empowering non-technical stakeholders through configurable rules and tooling, reflecting a habit of turning repeatable processes into automations that scale.
