He builds pragmatic, observable data platforms and reusable MLOps patterns—often on Snowflake and Databricks—that prioritise operational reliability, governance and business alignment. At Honeysuckle Health he led a team to deliver an LLM-based data masking framework and a human-in-the-loop GenAI pipeline for clinical call analysis, reducing manual review and improving quality metrics. His background includes leading customer analytics and a self-service intelligence platform for corporate banking, plus a blockchain cash-flow prototype for agriculture, showing a taste for practical innovation. A committed mentor and educator, he has taught at three universities and co-authored a book on data-centric machine learning, bridging the gap between engineering and business. He’s motivated by creating collaborative environments where cross-functional teams turn complex problems into trusted, useful AI outcomes.
