Senior🎓
Top SchoolNam Nguyen is a fractional architect and seasoned software leader with 11+ years building high-performance, low-latency WebRTC video conferencing and live-streaming systems, often augmented with AI-powered live transcription and post-analysis. He has repeatedly taken products from prototype to production—leading engineering teams, securing ISO/SOC/HIPAA certifications, and supporting technical due diligence that helped win a £1M investment. Nam blends hands-on engineering (front-end, mobile, Golang, Kubernetes) with practical systems architecture, solving hard problems like WebRTC autoscaling, multi-stream composition, and mobile VoIP push challenges. As a founder and fractional CTO-type for startups and scale-ups, he focuses on building honest, sociable teams and shipping globally impactful products that redefine user experience. An attention to operational detail—CI/CD, cloud migrations, and automated testing—complements his product-driven mindset and talent development track record.
