Top SchoolNana Taylor is a Technical Program Manager with 8 years of experience orchestrating cross-functional delivery of connectivity and telecom initiatives, currently shaping infrastructure programs at Meta from San Jose. With an academic grounding in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Information and Telecommunication Systems, she blends RF planning and optimization expertise from Huawei and Vodafone with large-scale program management at Meta. She focuses on practical implementations of software systems, data insights, and connectivity technologies to accelerate access to a faster, more useful internet. Nana’s background in RF performance gives her a rare edge in translating radio-layer constraints into product and program tradeoffs for network-facing projects. Comfortable working across engineering, operations, and policy stakeholders, she drives measurable improvements in network performance and deployment velocity. Colleagues know her for combining technical rigor with a systems-level view that surfaces non-obvious operational levers for scaling connectivity.
