Top SchoolNanahira Rabelo is an interdisciplinary science and technology analyst with nine years of public-sector experience driving international cooperation, digital systems and infrastructure projects within Brazil’s federal ministries. Based in Brasília, she pairs a PhD in development and international cooperation with hands-on software skills—contributing to notable open-source projects like ygopro and the Koishi chatbot framework where she implemented backend features, Redis caching and S3 integrations. Comfortable across policy, program coordination and full-stack development, she has led systems and data teams while shaping technical evaluations of domestically developed integrated circuits and multicomponent goods. Her profile blends technical engineering (computer science and MBE studies) with strategic intelligence and international affairs, an uncommon mix that helps translate complex technical requirements into practical public programs.
