Senior🎓
Top SchoolNancy Bolstad is a Tech Lead Platform based in Oslo with eight years of fullstack experience building cloud-native, MACH-architecture solutions across microservices, APIs, headless CMS and DevOps. She combines hands-on TypeScript/React and Kotlin work with security-minded platform leadership, web performance optimization, universal design, and design system development. At DNB she progressed from DevOps and Full Stack Engineer roles into a platform tech lead for Wealth Management, driving strategy, tooling and risk-aware delivery. Previous projects include transforming PDF workflows to XML, e-book frontends, AWS Lambda/S3 integrations and a React component library for reusable UI. Her background in research and academic administration hints at strong stakeholder communication and disciplined documentation practices that complement her technical craft. She’s equally comfortable optimizing SEO and accessibility as she is architecting secure, scalable cloud platforms.
