Senior🎓
Top SchoolNarinda Reeders is a Senior Engineer at Culture Amp with over a decade of experience building web applications that sit at the intersection of technology, culture, arts and community. Comfortable across Ruby/Rails and modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, she combines back-end expertise (Postgres, Redis, TimescaleDB, AWS) with a sensitivity for human-centred product problems informed by a Computer Science + Psychology background. Her career spans startups and agencies, with long-term technical contributions since the late 1990s and a steady focus on solving essentially human problems through software. Unusually for an engineer, she also holds a Fine Arts degree in Photomedia and an exchange at Slade, bringing a practiced visual and creative perspective to product and engineering decisions. Based in Melbourne, she blends craft, systems thinking and a multidisciplinary curiosity to deliver pragmatic, empathetic solutions at scale.
