Top SchoolNassor Frazier-silva is a Principal Engineer with 13 years of experience building high-scale, cost-efficient distributed systems across gaming, ad tech, real-time data, and embedded automotive domains. He has led global teams through acquisitions and cultural integration at Unity, drove a 40% reduction in ad-serving costs with a novel rule engine, and architected an 80% cut in user tracking costs while ensuring privacy compliance. As a decade-long founder and CTO of a consultancy, he mixes entrepreneurial pragmatism with deep systems design, migrating monoliths to event-driven microservices and delivering resilient real-time pipelines. More recently he focused on democratizing real-time data processing at Meroxa and now shapes game ops and platform engineering at Wolfjaw Studios. Comfortable negotiating product and technical trade-offs at executive levels, he鈥檚 as skilled at mentoring senior engineers as he is at hands-on performance tuning. A Brazilian native based in Philadelphia, he brings multicultural collaboration and a track record of turning complex, global technical challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
