Top SchoolNatalia Koldaeva is a Senior Product Designer and mobile design engineer based in San Francisco with 11 years of experience shipping native iOS and Android products end-to-end. She combines hands-on SwiftUI implementation with product strategy, research, and scalable design systems to accelerate time-to-market and improve key metrics—her redesigns have driven MAU and revenue uplifts and notable App Store rating gains. As a founder and early-stage design lead she has built design practices from scratch, run dozens of usability studies, and turned ambiguous behavioral problems into elegant, measurable experiences. Equally comfortable coding as designing, she bridges handoff gaps with engineers to reduce visual debt and delivery friction.
