Senior🎓
Top SchoolNatalia U is a project manager and former senior frontend developer with nine years of experience building scalable web UIs, currently leading units and projects at Parallels from Barcelona. She transitioned from hands-on React development—where she architected complex Player, TVChannels and Broadcast components and wrote unit tests and documentation at ivi.ru—to managing teams and delivery, onboarding engineers and shaping product/design before code is written. Her background in computer science (Master's and Bachelor's from Bauman MSTU) underpins a pragmatic approach to architecture, QA collaboration, and analytics-driven troubleshooting using QoS metrics and SQL. Equally comfortable in code reviews and stakeholder-facing planning, she blends technical fluency with operational leadership to accelerate product velocity. On GitHub she identifies as a frontend developer at Parallels, signaling continued engagement with the engineering craft even as she scales into management.
