Top SchoolNate Brown is a trial lawyer and partner with 14 years of experience advocating for veterans, survivors of childhood sexual abuse, employees, and the elderly, recovering millions while driving systemic safety and healthcare improvements. Grounded in a commitment to fairness and public responsibility, he has exposed quality-of-care failures in complex systems such as the VA and in rural healthcare settings. His litigation has not only secured verdicts and settlements but also led to protocol changes that prevent catastrophic outcomes for future patients. Recognized as an Illinois Rising Star and a National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 honoree, Nate combines courtroom skill with community leadership through board service at the St. Clair County Bar Association and Public Health Foundation. He brings civic-minded experience from roles like Academic Co-Director for a U.S. State Department–funded program and former student body president and trustee at Southern Illinois University, reflecting a long-standing interest in public policy and leadership development. Based in Chester, Illinois, he blends local community engagement with statewide influence on legal and health policy.
