Top SchoolNate Good is a seasoned technology leader and founder with 14 years of experience scaling engineering organizations, leading M&A-driven integrations, and shepherding product roadmaps from startup to exit. He’s a four-time CTO who combines hands-on engineering (notably contributions to the PHP httpful client) with strategic advisory work through Carbon Grace and Crosslake Technologies, helping private equity portfolio companies execute post-close modernization and AI/data strategies. Nate has repeatedly rebuilt architectures for scale and reliability—tripling R&D teams at Idelic and migrating systems to event-sourcing/CQRS with Kafka—while driving security and compliance programs that achieved SOC 2. He blends product and technical leadership across procurement analytics, transportation safety, and live events, with repeat experience integrating multiple acquired technology teams. Based in Pittsburgh, he’s equally comfortable in fractional CTO roles as he is leading full-time executive teams, and he brings a pragmatic focus on avoidable technical mistakes that cost growing companies time and capital.
