Senior🎓
Top SchoolNathan Cox is an engineering manager and full‑stack developer with 12 years of experience building and leading teams to deliver stable, feature‑rich web applications. Based in Fresno, he blends hands‑on expertise in Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, Django migrations and UX-driven architecture with a servant‑leader approach that removes obstacles and empowers teams to make decisions. At CoverMyMeds he streamlined hiring to enable same‑session interviews, reduced time‑to‑decision, and drove partner integrations while advocating for healthy work/life balance. He’s led full rewrites of legacy systems, overseen product-to-technical tradeoffs, and coached apprentices from code-level mentoring to team ownership. Equally comfortable sketching database schemas or refining user flows, Nathan brings pragmatic curiosity and a track record of translating cutting‑edge technologies into reliable production systems.
