Top SchoolNathan Crocker is a strategic CTO and co-founder with 25+ years of experience designing resilient, scalable technology architectures for capital markets and finance. He has led large global teams and $50M budgets to deliver enterprise systems—from decomposing monolithic data stores and building real-time ingestion pipelines with Airflow/Kubernetes/Kafka to pricing and trade booking applications integrated with Slack and Salesforce. Equally comfortable in hands-on development (Java, Python, Spring Boot, Kotlin) and executive partnership, he blends software craftsmanship with process-driven operational improvements that cut costs and cycle times. Nathan has a track record of turning regulatory and risk requirements into automated, auditable platforms that reduced manual work from hours to minutes. Now based in New York as a startup CTO after leading core systems at a $1B+ firm, he’s known for synthesizing complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and for mentoring high-performing engineering teams. A less obvious strength is his repeated success replatforming legacy trading workflows into modern microservices and data platforms that directly enabled business growth.
