Senior🎓
Top SchoolNathan Curran is a business owner and hands-on IT generalist based in Victoria, Australia, with eight years of experience combining customer-facing support and back-end troubleshooting. At Emersion Systems he bridges support and engineering—writing and reviewing SQL, debugging PHP and Java code, scripting against REST APIs, and maintaining Linux servers—to deliver clearer documentation and faster bug resolution. Through Heathcote Tech he consults with local businesses on hardware, networks, websites (Astro/Svelte/TypeScript) and bespoke REST APIs, and helps teams adopt ITIL practices. Comfortable toggling between phone-based customer service and command-line diagnostics, he has a knack for turning support interactions into product improvements. Pragmatic and curious, he describes himself simply as “a random guy who likes to code,” but consistently applies that curiosity to reliable, production-focused solutions.
