Top SchoolNathan Gaberel is a Staff Software Engineer based in San Francisco with 11 years of engineering experience and a strong track record in full‑stack and infrastructure engineering. He progressed from hands-on software delivery to leadership roles including VP of Engineering and tech lead, coaching teams, defining technical strategy, and promoting multiple engineers into leadership. At Snowflake he continues to apply his passion for DevOps and scalable infrastructure while mentoring others and driving reliability. Nathan combines a rigorous academic background in wave physics and nanotechnologies with practical experience across startups and consultancies, giving him a rare blend of scientific discipline and delivery focus. He is open to Bay Area or remote roles and holds a valid work visa, removing sponsorship constraints.
