Top SchoolNathan Sosnovske is a technology leader and software engineer with 11 years of experience building systems in C#, C++, Python, and Linux, now serving as CTO in Seattle. He progressed through multiple engineering tiers at Microsoft—culminating as Principal Software Engineer—where he focused on scalable, production-grade solutions before moving into executive leadership. Earlier roles in DevOps and systems administration show a pragmatic automation mindset, having used Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, and AMI/Imaging automation to shrink weeks-long operations into single-click workflows. Nathan pairs hands-on systems and build expertise with product-level responsibility, often translating operational complexity into reproducible tooling and developer-friendly pipelines. He holds a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Theology, an uncommon combination that underpins a thoughtful approach to team leadership and stakeholder communication. Based in Seattle, he brings both large-enterprise rigor and startup agility to CTO-level execution.
