Senior🎓
Top SchoolNathan Stryker is a senior software engineering leader with 11 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-impact native and hybrid mobile products for iOS and Android. As a founder-turned-executive now leading mobile engineering at Optum/UnitedHealth Group, he blends hands-on technical depth—replatforming apps, building custom Cordova plugins, and hardware Bluetooth integrations—with strategic stakeholder alignment to create revenue-driving user experiences. He excels at translating complex requirements into clear delivery roadmaps and has repeatedly scaled teams and processes across enterprise and consulting contexts. Based in Minnesota with a BA in Marketing, Nathan pairs product-minded leadership with a practical engineering background that spans app store deployments to device interfaces—an uncommon mix that helps bridge business goals and low-level mobile constraints.
