Top SchoolNatthaphong Ruengpanyawut is a technology leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building and scaling software businesses, currently serving as CTO of Castcle and a Member of Parliament in Thailand. He founded Absolute Management Solutions to pursue "hi-end" technology for societal benefit and now blends hands-on technical stewardship with policy work to enable a national tech ecosystem. A Chulalongkorn-trained computer engineer, he pairs product and engineering instincts with a mission-driven vision to cultivate Thailand’s first world-class tech firm. Unusually, he straddles startup CTO responsibilities and legislative influence, using both channels to tackle structural barriers to local innovation.
