Top SchoolNav Pawera is a design leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling product, service, research, and brand teams across Asia, currently shaping public service design at GovTech Singapore. He has led studio-to-enterprise transformations—growing in-house capabilities, opening new markets, and driving product-led revenue that supported $100M+ ARR. At Jiva he led cross-country teams that improved smallholder farmer incomes by over 25% for 150,000+ families, demonstrating a rare blend of human-centred research and operational impact in remote-rural contexts. Comfortable moving between agency and in-house environments, he pairs strategic positioning with hands-on product delivery across Singapore, India and Indonesia. His career path from product roles at Opera and Bubbly to founding UX consultancies reveals a practical, systems-minded approach to design that scales organizations and outcomes.
