Navaneet Ramabadran is a software engineer in San Francisco with seven years of cross-disciplinary experience building full-stack, cloud-native systems and developer tools. He has shipped production services and UX improvements at companies like CircleCI and Ancestry, working across Go, Clojure, TypeScript/Next.js, Node, and a wide AWS ecosystem (EKS, ECS, S3, Neptune). At CircleCI he re-architected CLI commands for VCS-agnostic organizations and led experiments to securely persist bucket-scoped identifiers, demonstrating both systems-level thinking and product-minded engineering. At Ancestry he drove adoption of graph databases (Neptune + Gremlin), improved Core Web Vitals with progressive hydration, and architected performant caching for large-scale person link serving. He contributes front-end UX improvements to notable open-source docs like circleci-docs (URL sharing, progress bars), signaling attention to developer experience as well as backend reliability. With a background spanning battery materials research to software, he brings experimental rigor and a habit of automating workflows to solve complex, data-heavy problems.
